Got the jaguar image on scratch, added spots, red eyes, and wings. So, Parse now has a lame leg, he got it when a hunter shot him. It slows him down while running, but he can still stand erect if he's relatively static. He's also pretty weak, seeing as his strength isn't mutated in some way. He uses the strength he has to fight agilely, and incorporates flying into the mix. Parse is more of a mind over matter person too, not as in he has telekinesis, but that he tries to scare whatever he's fighting before head-on attacking it. In other words, he fights dirty, attacking from behind or weakening his enemy before head-on attacking. He'll act like Batman, not comically, but in the sense that he'll lurk in the shadows, or hang on the ceiling, until he can jump in front of his enemy and scare it.
