Click on Ghost or Human and fill out the bio; then follow further instructions. Then draw your OC(s); you can have unlimited OCs!... After you're done post it on Waking Spirits RPG and you'll be invited to curate.
Ghosts haunt humans, or they protect them. Humans are protected/haunted by ghosts. Pick either one, and you're done. Happy haunting >:3
