Elaina! She doesn't look like a witch. She does wear a blue hood, but, I couldn't draw her with one. Everytime I did, she looked CRAZY! :/ So, here she is! Spells (well, abilities, but sorta spells): She has SOME ice abilities (like Elsa from Frozen) except she can't hurt people with the ice. Anything she freezes becomes icy and crystally, but she chooses to try and not do that. She likes playing with her ice, so she knows a spell that can make ice-things. She doesn't do it much, though.
