Hold mouse in center and move it to drag it where ever you want it. Release mouse button and move mouse around to turn the wheel.
The pen breaks if you place it past the edges. I am still not experienced enough with pen to know how to fix that yet. The only thing technically not pen is a costume used to move it around. So, I guess you could say it's sort of 99% pen <shrugs>. Close enough.
