So... Do need an explanation? Here: Consider that i have played Dragon ball Xenoverse 2, so in this game Epicyoshi is a Time Patroler, he found out that the "Protect S.A. HQ again" Timeline was Corrupted, that time corrpution made the noobs win rather than ending with ross ending the madness. And on an attempt of getting to the change, he was kicked back to the 4 portals, the place where the portals where seemed to be on a much different place. And Yes, Everyone was powered up. BUT, as you could see Epicyoshi Clobbered all of them. So now just play the game.
