When they were at the beach, Sam gave it to him, and the boy laughed at her. He through the toy on the ground and said it was over. Heart broken, another girl saw Sam and took advantage of her. She used Sam to get her what ever she wanted. Sam fell for it...Sam did the same thing with the boy, and the same thing happened. So that's basically Sam's backstory
