Mirabelle walked through the ranch, and noticed a few mudbrays and mudsdales running around. One of the horse-pokemon caught her eye, a ponyta. She tried to say hi, but it ran away... Suddenly, a dog-like hybrid walked up to her. "It seems like Ponyta is afraid of you Fairy girl." He chuckled. The hybrid noticed the ocarina hanging from her belt. "Hey, cute ocarina! Play this song with me!" He said, and started singing a tune. Mirabelle played along, and noticed the horse wasn't afraid of her anymore. "That song was written by my mother, Ponyta seems to like it! My name is Skip, by the way!" The hybrid said. 'The Legend of Mist', the crossover nobody asked for, is back! The way Mirabelle holds the ocarina... Really bothers me... Finally we see Skip in 'The Legend of Mist'! (And yes, he's Malon, no questions.)
