This is basically me trying to get used to Vectr. Sorry if this image look pixelated because i believed i draw this character in 100px, and it's kinda small for a Scratch project. By the way, you can press space to see my progress. The reason why i'm going to use Vectr is because it's better than Scratch Editor. It has more fonts, you can have more than 2 gradients, and it has better and more precise color palette. It's easy and free to use, but the downside is that unfortunately, because of the way Scratch convert SVG picture, you cannot upload SVG picture even though Scratch support this format. You can use Inkscape to make professional vector images, but the interface is catastrophically not really user friendly. I might only use Vectr to make more professional thumbnail and picture, and possibly even background.
