It's He.' He doesn't know you. Actually, yes.. Who are you? That is his question" - Oakley "To be a beautiful deer - stranded alone.. He doesn't know how he'll even LIVE!.. It's fun to imagine, though!! Haha.." - Oakley "Well, living in the streets is just something a deer has never thought of. Lucky him. He lives in a place where he is given food.. Or is that all he knows? Hmm.. Who knows! Not him!" - Oakley = = = = BIO = = = = - - - Oakley from Jupiter's perspective: - - - Sir Oakley is.. strange, to say the least. He's not sure who he is, I believe. He knows everything, and seems to refer to himself as 'he'. Many of the humans call him Oakley. I had no idea that deer were so.. weird! I've only seen two deer in my life, and they both acted similar. Oakley is smart, but you can see that something he knows has driven him mad. Only, he's the happiest being on Earth! He prances around the docks, jumping from boat to boat, all with a crippling fear of water. Lenny tells me that this is normal deer behavior, and all deer like to prance around and jump into danger. He says the only difference between Oakley and any other deer is that he's a little bit smarter. The other deer I met was a bit shy. He had huge antlers and a majestic appearance. He stood up tall, and made me feel significantly small for once. I tried to start a conversation, but when he talked about something, he soon switched to talking about something else. Within just a few seconds, I couldn't tell what he was talking about, and neither could he. So he ran off, and Lenny started laughing. Deer are strange, to say the least. Sir Oakley is no exception. - - - Oakley's Lifestyle: - - - Oakley is a deer that knew nothing in the early stages of life, except how to live and walk. He ate whatever he saw another animal eat, and never could remember the exact location of the water hole. In fact, that's why he is at the docks. The ocean is the ultimate water hole. He traveled all the way out to the city, which confused a lot of people. He made a name for himself, becoming the first deer to run freely around the city like he did. He did this in search of the ocean. Then he saw it. He knew that the water was deep, so he didn't jump in. He found the lowest point and drank the ocean water. All the human beings were baffled by his unusual behavior. Ha, if only they knew what went on inside any deer's head. Anyway, he lived off of food that people laid out for him. They had tried to catch him and return him to the forest, but he had become good at running by then. Sometimes he stole food from people who came to look at him. - - - Oakley loves lights of any kind. When he was face to face with a car's headlights, he was amazed. He stood there for a few moments, until the person in the car honked the horn. He also likes fish sandwiches. He knows the smell of them. The first day he had come out there, he was really skinny. People started feeding him all kinds of food, but there was just no food quite like a fish sandwich. In fact, he turned down a whole lot of the food, and ate the sandwich. It was when people started swarming around Oakley that the police advised everyone to stop feeding him, or he'd get sick. Of course, people still do it, and now they know he likes fish. - - - Oakley is afraid of nothing. Of course, he is still young and has much to learn about the world. Technically, he's still not a fully-grown deer yet. All he knows now is that he lives next to a huge field full of water, and that he doesn't have to look for food. - - - Of course, some of the city animals look at deer as the ultimate source of all knowledge. They come to Oakley and offer knowledge of the outside world in exchange with wisdom. I'm honestly not sure whether a deer should ever be considered wise or not
