He's unlocked at level 6. He can either meaw "Do" or "La", or just meaw deeper than the others.
So this is my entry for the contest. I couldn't think of a better name than Flamepelt, and it sounds awesome anyways. I might make flames in his ears. THANK YOU DRAGONLAGE FOR THE ORIGINAL!
