Noctiluca is my main WoF OC, more like a fursona really, anyways, she's a nerdy type and probs destined to rule one of her tribes, who knows. Between her tribes, she inherited the ability to breathe underwater, a few glowy scales but limited Aquatic (Although she is hypothetically fluent in it) Breathes a weak flame, that has a bit of blue flowing through it, no toxic saliva, no strong tail, no prophecy powers or mind reading, possibly can tell if a dragon is lying by good perception, hopefully she's not OP
