I got the inspiration for the bomb from the Legend of Zelda series. The inspiration for the heart was pretty much every game ever. Which includes, but is not limited to, Legend of Zelda. (Random side note: It took me a really long time to realize that the guy is Link and not Zelda) Stereotypical science ftw. Thanks to @fmtfmtfmt2 for the inspiration to do the "science stuff".
