This is the newest theme for Sparktale AND Sparky himself. Yes, it's Ceartas in the style of STMPWYFS. Cool, right? I didn't make it. How to unlock this battle: Beat the Neutral or Pacifist run, then go back to Snowdin, talk to Sparky at his Snowdin Root Beer Float stand, and challenge him. He goes easier on you since you're a friend, only using Swords. If you lose, he doesn't kill you. he heals you up afterwards no matter what... by giving you a free root beer float "on the stand", as he says.
