this is mega pikachus arch nemisis. he uses the most powerful lightning in all existence, black lightning. he leads the raichu army and wants to destroy the pikachu race (what is wrong with this guy, humans i understand but pikachus, really!)
i got the idea for this character from when a raichu beat pikachu up in battle on the tv show.
