Pretty much abandoned now, don't expect any more updates for this. UPDATE: The new Scratch is even more bloated than the old version, making games like these even slower. Try the Phosphorus version instead for faster performance (note: very buggy): https://phosphorus.github.io/#24364600 NOTE: Enable Turbo Mode before playing the game. The Ship Tycoon challenges you to make the largest ship known in the world! Use lots of pieces (currently 25 in total) to build huge ships and sail the seven seas! You can select any starting date from the beginnings in 1900 to the turn of the millennium in 2000. Lead your company through 130 years of history into glory, with dozens of headlines and 11 music tracks! PARTS Space to place part, K to select part. Click "Clear" to clear the ship. BUILDING AND SETTING SAIL Click "Build Ship" to build your ship (start with one), and then "Set Sail" to select a destination. TIP: Smaller ships are better at short distances (but only up to a point), while large ships benefit from longer distances. NEWS Major events will be displayed on the news and will affect maintenance modifier. Sometimes, the events have multiple endings, so a major event can either happen according to history or not.
