This is my entry for "Silver's Art Contest!!" Light Gray w/ blue -- Raineyes, Mother Dark Gray Small -- Hope, Kit --Story-- Raineyes is a young, beautiful, confident warrior. This drawing is of the time when she gave up her only kit to her sister, after she was banished from the clans because she was thought to have killed her kits, Fallowkit and Yarrowkit. However, it was really the deputy of the clan, Vinetail, who thought the clan was too large to suppport kits and was jealous that she would never have kits herself because of her deputy position. Raineyes followed her devastated sister to the border at moonhigh in leafbare. Many in the clan thought that her sister would kill the kit and tried to stop her. Raineyes, however, even though she had given birth to the kit, still loved her sister more. On the border they named the kit Hope, not Hopekit, for it would never become Hopepaw, and so forth. Raineyes became deputy when she confronted Vinetail and murdered her in front of the whole clan after Vinetail mentioned that Raineyes did not love her kit. In the end justice was served for Fallowkit and Yarrowkit and their mother. Even Hope was spared, he never had to find out his father was in Windclan and his mother was in Riverclan. Sorry its so long and confusing....
