Samala's name mean's "Asked of God." I think that, as a changeling, it makes sense that this be the meaning of her name. I think the human Samala might have died early on in life. Her parents go through a period of grief, but when they go to what was Salma's room to clean up, the found a baby girl who looked just like their deceased daughter, just resting in the crib. The fact that they miraculously have their daughter back is joyful -if confusing- to her parents. After they take her in, the couple grow highly protective of her, and with the odd occurrences around their house, they have a right to be so. *** Samala the "Miracle girl" grows up into your typical school kid. Similar clothing, care-free lifestyle. You name it. Just, if one of the things you name happened to be "A changeling," That's also accurate. With the ability to see fairy folk - or "Fey folk" and understand their language, life is a struggle. People would kill to get her to either hush up about the reality so that they can live in their own utopia, or for legends for the fairy's gold and riches. And then the fairies aren't much better in their nature in mischief, like pulling hair, making faces, and even breaking things in her house (Samala always seems to get the blame for such activity). Yep. Normal. And things are only getting weirder as the years pass by. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Program: GIMP Art, character (NOT clothes), and story: @SilverDewdrop146 Clothes Design: @xXStelXx Adoptables link: http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/24019889/ Music: None yet The writing by Samala's boot is my signature. (SDD146) I didn't get the adoptable, sadly. But I think I'll probably keep the character. I like the Back Story I came up with.
