The Daluk are stealth hunters. Where the Viraki use their speed to ambush their prey, the Daluk use camouflage. All Daluk ships possess a cloaking device. These devices absorb all the light that touches the Dalek, rendering it completely invisible. While cloaked, they reduce the energy output of the twin power orbs at the back, dimming the orbs' glow. This reduced energy decreases the speed at which the ship can move and turn, but adds to the camouflage. Pilots experienced in combat against ships with cloaking devices look carefully for the faint glow of twin power orbs, which can never be dimmed completely. They also watch out for stars that disappear then reappear, a sure sign that a cloaked ship has just passed in front of it. -Firepower: ■■■□□ Dalek ships are armed, and are not severely outgunned in most combat situations. The Dalek are a non-aggressive race, but are proud and courageous in combat. -Speed: ■■□□□ The Dalek are not overly fond of high speed, as they see it as risky and reckless. When threatened, they simply disappear. -Armor/Shielding: ■■■□□ Their ships are not very heavily armored. In many cases, invisibility proves more valuable than any force field. -Life Support: ■■■■□ The Dalek are oxygen breathers. Safety is first for all Dalek and their ships show it. -Cargo Capacity/Crew: ■■■■□ The Dalek plan long trips to accomplish many objectives. Many ships' crews work together for so long that they form lasting family bonds. Instructions: Clicking the green flag will put the ship in display mode. Then, go into flight mode by clicking the ship. While in flight mode, use the up arrow key to move forward and the left and right arrow keys to turn. Hold space at any time to activate the cloaking device. If being completely invisible is too hard to see, you can press space twice quickly (hold the second time). This will render the ship only partially invisible. You definitely cannot produce cool effects in turbo mode.
