He is a saiyan, who was normally training. until he noticed all the z-fighters. There moves, how they fought... until he only learned to transform into a super saiyan. He couldn`t get any stronger, so he did the same thing goku did during the cell games. He became a full power super saiyan. which is why his hair is always yellow.
