So this is for a rp I made based off a book I also made. Basically, the four tribes live in what their element is. Fire in volcanos and such. Water is completely underwater.Earth is filled with vegatation. And Air lives on clouds. Their land is completely deserted, except for little animals they eat. The UT in the center stands for the untouchables who don't control anything. They use all the elements instead of one.
