This character is actually based off of a PMD character that represents me (without all the extra fluff and ear markings). She normally has brown-amber eyes, but because this is a shiny version of her I made them a bright blue. She also wears a silver ribbon tied around her neck, a nod to how in PMD Explorers of Time my character would hold a silver bow. The nick in her tail is similar to Sparky 's design, but the original design quirk was actually started in a slightly cringy comic-like story I made when I was much younger, where the main character was a Team Rocket-caught Pikachu with an extraordinary power that Team Rocket were searching for or something like that.
