Yup, it's a pen project, you know the drill (*cough Flash turbo mode cough*) Draws things that look like ellipses and has nice colors. I must say that I was inspired by http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/stay/2373674. It may or may not stop prematurely, because it uses a slightly bad but efficient way checking for a full-ish screen. If it runs too long, it starts filling up all of the tiny, unimportant white specks in the drawing causing annoyance. If you can find another great way to change colors or shades to create an equally psychedelic pattern, please do so through the means of a remix. I will be pleased to it.
