A new design of Cookiestar for @fluffowuffo I used Photoshop Elements 7 for this. I was going to GIMP but it didn't want to boot. :( I get that a lot on this computer. Thanks to Doctor Who for my love for bows and scarfs. The font is called "Precious" I think it came from DaFont.
