Well, in any city most likely. But one thing made him stand out: He was one of the troublemakers that ran about the place. Now, it wasn't anything big, like stealing, but he did enough to annoy some folks. With that energy he had, no wonder he became a bother! Storm was also a pretty fearsome pup, one not to be messed with, added with a slight temper. So, everything was nice and normal for Storm, he lived a good life. But one day, something happened. Out of nowhere, during the city meeting when the moon's high and full, his appearance transformed before his and everyone else's eyes. Thunder boomed in the sky, and in place of Storm's normal yellow complexion, were two horns, new markings, and an extra tail! He had been declared the Guardian of the Clouds and Weather. If you don't know, the Guardian of the Clouds and Weather controls how the weather works, how quick the clouds move, etc. There are many Guardians, all of which control something. For example, there's a Sun Guardian. Sometimes, two Guardians are chosen to work as partners, like the Guardian of the Moon and the Guardian of the Night Sky. If anything happens to the Guardian, whatever element they control will vanish. That's why a new Guardian is chosen by the original before they leave their place. (Note: Guardians can live for a VERY long time.) That being said, everyone was shocked when they saw Storm's transformation. "Why the troublemaker? They could have picked anyone, and they chose him?" is what people were saying and definitely thinking. You might think that, too. But honestly? He's been doing a pretty good job. He finally gets a chance to travel the world, what he had been hoping to do for a long time when he was young. And that temper of his? Pretty good lightning and thunder I must say. The thunder can also be heard from his mighty roar, heard for miles. There's fearsome for you. Sure, some of the Guardians can find him annoying at times with his storm clouds and troublemaker side, but you have thank that last Weather Guardian for their choice of an heir.
