I suggest you try to figure out what you need to do. All you need to know is that you use the mouse-pointer to control the wind. You don't even need to click anything. If you still want further help, read below. In "The Pink Game", there are five parts, each of which are different and have a unique play style. The game starts once the clouds finish scrolling from the bottom of the screen. You beat the game when you arrive at a parallax of a cherry blossom tree. PART 1: Leaves will fall from the top of the screen. You must collect 48 leaves with the mouse-pointer. If a leaf falls to the ground, you cannot pick it up, but that's okay, because more will show up. PART 2: Stars will appear from the right side of the screen. Touch a star with the mouse-pointer to brighten up the sky. The sky slowly keeps getting darker, so you must brighten it up quickly. PART 3: You are traveling to an island that is 3000 meters away. You will automatically move forward, but touching a water droplet at its highest point will make you travel faster for a short bit of time. PART 4: At the island, rain falls from the clouds above. You need to touch the raindrops to water 5 flowers. Each flower requires 20 raindrops to completely grow, and the raindrops water a random flower. PART 5: A tree starts to grow from the ground. You must run the mouse-pointer across the branches to make cherry blossoms grow on the tree. You must fit 40 non-overlapping blossoms on the tree. ===== UPDATES ===== 11-20-2018 (Version 1.0): The game was posted.
This game started with a very simple thought: "I want to make a game where the only colors are shades of pink." The result was "The Pink Game". This is a game where you control the wind. It is a zen game meant for you to relax. Just sit back and enjoy the smooth movement, the artistic quality, the calming music, and the magical percussion. Most of all, gaze upon the mystical and mysterious wonder that is the color pink. This is a bit different from my other games. Rather than focusing on gameplay, I wanted to make a game that's focused on art and movement. Although the gameplay lasts less than 5 minutes, I'd say that I accomplished everything that I wanted to with this game. There was actually quite a lot of math involved in the programming of this project: mostly linear functions, polar coordinates, and parametric equations. Naturally, as a mathematics major, I enjoyed every second of it. Wow, this got Top Loved a day after I posted it — November 21, 2018. Thank you all so much! @Paddle2See loved and favorited this on November 22, 2018! I started working on this project on August 18, 2018. ===== CREDITS ===== INSPIRATION "Flower" by thatgamecompany The Color Pink SCRIPTS @1000652 (wiggle script) @DD-8862 (parallax script) @zuwel (mouse trail script) SPRITES @RoastedSquirrel64 (leaf sprite) @Ndavid1234 (star sprite) @sunshadow49 (flower sprite) @zeldatransformed (cherry blossom sprite) @ThePancakeMan (shiny effect sprite) MUSIC Vincent Diamante (Flower – "Sailing on the Wind") Vincent Diamante (Flower – "Purification of the City") SOUNDS Nick Judy ("Wind Through Leaves" on YouTube) @Nexstudent (drumroll sound effect) All other assets in the game were created by me. #Pink #Games #Art
