This is like SimplyIdyllic's PMV Just make sure it's all doctor who related :3 (as in the doctor, amy, rory, river, a dalek, ect needs to be in it, as in it needs to fit your part. No random Daleks please!) No, the audio doesn't need to be cut. And if you have a part with words in it, please add them in the image if you want it to look good, otherwise I'll use something that most likely won't look as good. You can take up to two parts (will change later) I really encorage taking two parts oh yeah, one drawing per part Please make the entry 480 x 360 so that the quality isn't killed. Please don't enter if you think that you are not that good at art. I mean like, try your best and stuff but if you make blob cats like I used to [no offense everyone does it, almost everyone] then please don't enter no offense.... sorry!
