Permafrost is an Icewing/Rainwing hybrid Oc. She's basically a reboot of an older WoF Oc named Cirrus, who had a similar color pallete, and will have a similar backstory as Permafrost (rebuffed of course.) She lacks the ability to shoot Rainwing venom from her fangs, and although her breath is cold, it is not icy enough to cause frost breath. Permafrost's color changing abilities are limited, with only her horns, upper snout (overscales), wing membranes, and ear membranes able to change in color. She does, however, have an enchanted item (crystal earring) that gives her the ability to turn invisible at will (visually, not physically). Permafrost has a red welt in the middle of her face due to a fire injury that partially melted a scale off.
Permafrost's father was a Rainwing named Tangerine with summery orange scales. Her mother was an Icewing named Lucid with shimmery pale blue scales that always glinted in the sun. Lucid was out on a scouting mission an unknown amount of years ago (too lazy to figure out the timeline lore and stuff ;n;) and aaa i'll finish this later
