Press the Green Flag twice if you get a game-over... Most of the instructions are in an in-game tutorial, but here are a few tips: This game is a sim-city game, meaning you need to stay on top of many things. Look in the bottom left corner to see a log that will tell you all that is happening in your city. Press M to toggle music.
