How to make a weird project like Notproper: 1.Find a poor, unsuspecting project 2.Edit the already existing sprites to make them weird 3.Take a bunch of random sprites from your backpack, and dump them in the project 4.Make the sprites do stuff 5.Add a few music tracks, distort them if you want, and have multiple play at the same time 6.Polish up, make sure everything is optimally weird, and you're done.
