@experiencesea for a tutorial I used, but unfortunately didn't work. I decided to give her credit, because it's not her fault that google docs and my (mom's) computer wouldn't cooperate. "Psoriasis is an immune-mediated disease that causes raised, red, scaly patches to appear on the skin." says psoriasis.org Mine doesn't usually hurt, butt it says on the site that it may itch, burn, and sting. Mine does itch, but I'm glad it doesn't burn or sting! It is common on the elbows, knees, and/or scalp, but can apppear in any location, says the site, and mine is also on my legs. When people ask me, I usually say, "It's reeaalllly dry skin (I may also say that it's psoriasis, but that comes with an explanation). It's not contagious, and it doesn't hurt." How to say Psoriasis: [SORE (like your throat after screaming.)]-[Aye]-[Uhh]-[Sis] (like sister) There are a lot of people who don't know I have psoriasis, probably including you before you read this! But, remember: Even if you have psoriasis or another skin condition, you are still you, you are still amazing, you are still beautiful. As Dr Seuss said, "You are you, that is truer than true.
