Name: Cosmic Blue Gender: Genderless Alien Personality Traits: Weird Hyper (hyperspace lol) Intelligent ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Story: At the edge of the galaxy, there was a small town. The town was perfectly symmetrical and neat. A giant clock was at the center of the town, ticking loudly every second. It was inhabited by highly intelligent alien cats. They were all exactly the same, and did things the exact same time. There was no such thing as difference or originality. Every day was the same old thing, and they were content with that. One day, a kitten was born a little later than the rest. The kitten was born.. different. They weren't the right shade of blue at all. Even the patterns scattered across their fur was unusual and unkempt. Their name for the time being was Galax, like every kitten that was ever born on that planet. Their parents were embarrassed by them. When Galax grew older, they changed their name to Cosmic Blue. This embarrassed their parents even further. Cosmic Blue was always too early or too late for things. They never did anything the exact same way as the others. The elders heard of the rumors about a different cat. Outraged, they assigned a date for perfection exams. That day, everyone will be tested with a task, if they do it incorrectly or messed up they would be forced into exile. Cosmic heard of this, and out of desperation tried to be normal. They changed themselves to look just like how everyone else looked. They ate just what everyone else ate. They slept and worked and did everything the exact same way everyone else did. Cosmic Blue began thinking like everyone else too, dull and plain and boring. Their body sensed the change, and their fur corrected the pattern to be similar to the others. The day came, and their tasked was revealed to be organizing papers. They would have to sort them by color, numbers, and alphabetically. Somehow Cosmic passed the test. They watched those who failed to do so exiled into space separately. It hit with sudden realization, deeply angered Cosmic Blue literally stepped out of line. Everyone stopped and gasped in shock. They ran straight through the crowd scattering everyone. The elders watched in shock as order was broken. Security dragged Cosmic Blue away, and locked them inside an escape pod. It was announced to everyone about their exile. Cosmic's parents were singled out of the crowd and offered to say goodbye to their child. Cosmic's parent stepped into the room and saw their child inside the chamber. Instead of goodbyes, Cosmic was told them how disappointed they were with them. And that they would finally be happy with them gone. Cosmic was then blasted off to space, never to see any of them ever again. (Its sad I know)
