Bell is a neko oc of mine! She is mischievous , cheeky, and overall a 5 yr old in a teens body. She has pale skin, blonde hair, gray tabby ears and blue eyes! she has mostly red and white clothes , and most of her clothing has golden sleigh bells on them SOMEWHERE. (Hence to why I named her Bell.) I love her sm ^ _ ^ I am sorry I haven't been too active. I have no motivation to draw many things rn.
