He was found in the streets, abandoned by his owners. He only has one eye because when he was born, his other eye didnt form yet. He was born WAY to early, so his mother died and his other eye was supposed to form last but since he was born early, it didnt have a chance to form ( Only his eye lids formed ) So yea sad.
