This is a try to make a voronoi brute force algorithm in scratch. The whole render takes very long! Even with TURBO MODE enabled. Less cells speed it up a little, default voronoi diagram is effect 0. Every diagram is random. Read more about: http://mathworld.wolfram.com/VoronoiDiagram.html
