1: The two designs are obviously both the same design but the first picture is more dedicated to giving you the shapes of the character while the second isn't really accurate to the shape but more to the design 2: The reason this is called "part 1" is because I have a MAP part to storyboard and after I get that done i'll come back and complete the other part of my offer.
