Okay, left and right arrow keys to move, don't touch black (tar) and get to the pink portal. If you get stuck in the purple stuff (which can happen quite a lot, this is glitchy) press the up key until you are just barely touching it, but be careful not to stop touching it or you will float to the top and won't come down.
