Im just trying stuff out on Scratch, since im pretty new.
I made a preferred pallete so you can use it. There's an example in the pallete sprite. No hurry, take your time. Also, I know the NES color limitation is 3 colors, but the Megaman games have 6 color limitations (because they use 2 sprites).
