Welcome to TAMLOC, a new kind of interactive AI project. Every time you run the project, you can draw a maze, and the AI's try to navigate it. Don't make it too complicated, though, because they aren't too smart. If you want to learn the ins and outs of how the AI's work, here's a simple description. • AI's start out going random directions. When one dies, it leaves an invisible mark on its death. That way, the rest of the AI's will know to keep away! • The black AI's mean that they are scared and they are calling another AI to go ahead of them and sacrifice themselves. • The blue AI's are trying to go for a new record set by a previous AI. When they beat it, they will either turn back to brag on themselves or go and try to beat the record. • The "how visible" variable is to set how general the rules are. If it's turned up too high, then the AI's will all travel in a group and wobble like compass needles. If it's too low, the AI's will go off on their own a lot of the time and die easily. The best setting is about 32.
Sorry I've been taking such a hiatus, but I have lately been feeling more motivated to make object shows and SFTP stuff. Anyway, now that BF1Dx2 is almost philosophy: I'm probably not going to get famous, so I'll make things that are fun to make, instead of the general crowd-pleasers.
