Inspired by this week's Scratch Camp theme, cooking, and my love of the Great British Bake Off (or the Great British Baking Show, as it is known here in the US), I decided to make a Victoria Sandwich cake! To share that with you, I made a project that teaches you how to make one of your own. I also added some pictures of my process at the end so you can see what I made :) I am the first to admit I am not a great cook and have spent very little time learning in the kitchen. In fact, I actively avoid cooking whenever possible :P So I knew that baking might be a bit of a challenge for me as well. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that I quite liked the baking process and while the cake doesn't look the prettiest it definitely tasted amazing! Baking is something I just might have to continue exploring in the future ^.^ Please do feel free to remix and share the process of making one of your favorite dishes! - - - - Use the arrow keys to navigate through the project and learn how to bake your own Victoria Sandwich cake.
