You start with 100 money. You can't make money from stores, apartments, or malls until you have at least 1 house. Click on a thing in the store to buy it and it will stay on your mouse pointer until you place it down. Place a road down to start a city. Use the arrow keys change the road type. Place a house down to increase the amount of money you make per second.
The tile snapping block was originally made by @griffpatch_tutor but I made a couple of small changes. I don't remember what music it is. I'm just sharing this now after and I don't remember if everything is done so if you think something is not finished then please let me know.
