One day, she finally managed to escape. This resulted in her reuniting with her older brother, Steve Rogers, although it wasn't until one or two months later that she told him what happened to her. She then reunited with Bucky who she realized was the only person who understood her pain. Almost an entire year after her leaving her life as the Winter Assassin behind, a civil-war-like situation breaks out, leaving Sarah more scared and distressed than she already was.
