Click the dude with the burger cannon to make him jump. Click "Shoot!" to fire burgers. Avoid lawsuits and fatten the big guy up. And yes, this game is supposed to be difficult to play with a mouse.
I just remade one of my old games and added a fat man and fast food as part of a project for school. Enjoy, I guess.
