Use ←→ arrows to move ←→. Use ↑ arrow to jump. It really only works with turbo mode. Use the B key to enter building mode; it's sometimes a bit slow.
The world is endless. Don't fall down the chutes, there is no way up if you fall more than about 100 screens.
