Ok, final one, promise. There were only 32 frames, so to achieve MAXIMUM QUALITY I just imported them all by hand. Slow, but looks great. This was pretty much a test to see if I could make a "texture wipe" effect with Cycle's nodes. The solution was to put a gradient texture (UV mapped from top to bottom) through a color ramp with animated positions. This was then used as the factor to mix between colors. Rendered in Blender Cycles on my GTX 660Ti EVGA Superclocked.
