It's simply something for fun. 2) Please limit your power, and your territory. 3) It's recommended you only control one country, as you may end up taking up space that could be used by other people that join. 4) Keep it somewhat tidy, not fully 100% perfect but it's a map, so it needs to be somewhat accurate. 5) Artificial islands (or islands you add) must be in grey and must not be bigger than the triangle islands you see already.
