Ppl cats are here to be loved, cared for, and to have loving owners. But people are useing them wrong. For drugs testing, and other stuff. My cat got hit by a car. yes, I know thats not abuse but it hurts me, poseilbly thats what abused cat are feeling before they die. Even if your a dog person pls sign this. I'm more of a dog person, but animal abuse is horrible, no matter what animal it is on.
