This is the sequel to my first ever animation, "The Few, The Proud." Press and hold the left or right arrow keys to rotate the Seal. Click the flag anywhere to make a popping sound. See how accurately you can time the pop to the bouncing! Also, since this is my second ever Scratch Project, please don't poke fun at it.
