Ella- a prize for @mwsbookworm from my DC :) More prizes to come! ——————————————Story—————————————— "May I sit with you?" a handsome-sounding voice asked. Ella, who was busily studying her paws looked up just in time to see the muscular tom take a seat next to a young she-cat. She sighed and busied herself with picking at her tail. No one noticed her, despite her flame-colored fur, in the busy restaurant. A few minutes later, she heard another voice, but this one was more timid. "Can I sit here?" a tom asked. She didn't look up- it wasn't like they'd be asking her, and Ella didn't want to set herself up for disappointment. She continued pawing at her tail absentmindedly. The shy cat cleared his throat, and Ella instinctively looked up to see a small white tom with brown splotches looking at her expectantly. She blushed. Someone wanted to sit with her? "O-of course." Ella stammered. The spotted cat sat down awkwardly. They were silent for a moment. "So, uh, what's your name?" the cat asked. Ella looked up, into his eyes. They were a deep, rich brown, and for a moment she lost herself looking into his beautiful eyes. She blinked. "I'm Elegance- but call me Ella." she said more confidently. The tom looked surprised. "That's a nice name." he said, shy as ever. Ella waited for him to introduce himself. "I'm Louie, but you can call me Lou, I guess." Ella nodded. Several months had passed. Ella and Lou strolled together, their pelts brushing. The two outcasts finally belonged. :P
