Description

Well, the season's half over for some teams already, that time flew by. This is my first time following the MLB season in any way and it's been pretty gosh darn fun, something I'll definitely do for a while So yeah, to the 5 baseball fans on this website, this is to you, and thank you. x = 1st wild card, y = 2nd wild card AL East: Red Sox 108-53 (Congrats, I thought your 120-42 pace was WAY off but you've stayed pretty close to it, well done) xYankees 108-53 ("That division lead will be yours in a month" That was sort of true, I guess, and congrats on actually IMPROVING your pace) Rays 80-82 (I like the opener idea, you'll probably be a .500 team) Blue Jays 75-87 (You essentially took the Rays' old pace) Orioles 47-115 (OH PLEASE MAKE IT STOP, IT HURTS AND I'M NOT EVEN A FAN. Seriously though, you're tied for 15th worst in the modern era at this rate) AL Central: Indians 90-72 (If there was ever a 120 win team, it should've been you guys in your trash division, just saying. Also you didn't exactly climb out) Twins 72-90 (why) Tigers 72-90 (why) White Sox 57-105 (WHY?!) Royals 51-111 (At least you're not the worst in all of baseball?) AL West: Astros 107-55 (Yep, knew it) yMariners 100-62 (Not the team out of the 2 I expected to surge ahead) A's 86-76 (Most underrated team in baseball, plain and simple) Angels 82-80 (Looks like you ran outta SHOtime) Rangers 71-91 (Thanks for being the best worst team) NL East: Braves 92-70 (Instead of a wild card how about let's just take the divison?) Phillies 87-75 (From worst to... 2nd, I mean I bet your fans'll take it) Nationals 87-75 (I think I was a little overconfident with you, but hey nice improvement) Mets 66-96 (Remember when these guys were first? Makes me laugh every time Marlins 64-98 (Competing team? Yeah, for 4th in the division) NL Central Brewers 94-68 (I didn't expect this, color me impressed) xCubs 89-73 (Okay, maybe not 100 wins, but a playoff spot will do) Cardinals 86-76 Pirates 77-85 (oh yeah these guys were first at one point too) Reds 69-93 (You know what? This'll do, you improved by 29 wins. I don't have anything for ya) NL West: Diamondbacks 93-69 (you kinda just uncontrollably wet all the beds during that one month but you're still here yDodgers 88-74 (See, what did I say? You're back) Giants 84-78 (The team so mediocre that I have nothing to say about it) Rockies 77-85 Padres 70-92 (yeah, you still suck)
