The Scatterbrained, self-proclaimed master of chemistry, Heavy Doc sure is an interesting case. He was originally built to help out Robotnik when building and designing threatening new Eggmobile add-ons. in other words, he was built to be smart, and nothing else. Robotnik used spare Buzzbomber personality components to construct Heavy Doc's fragile "eggshell" (HAH) mind. He may have completely lost it, but he comes through in a pinch, and there's no doubting his intelligent mind. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Well i've had the idea for this guy around for a LONG while He was originally a dark shade of blurple (countering Heavy Rider's pink purple) but i decided to make him neon green instead 'cos that colour was more appealing to me. Also, if you haven't already noticed, his name is a play on one of Marty McFly's quotes from the Back to the Future series, something along the lines of "Whoa, this is heavy doc!" And BAM!
